Be Real! Do you deliver results at work?

It's been more than a decades that I am either as an employee (regular staff to managerial level) or an employer. I've worked with a lot of people with different nationalities where cultures and behaviors are different. I have manage numbers or groups of individuals with different working styles and manners...

I don't have a physique ability in order to read individuals' thoughts and gestures but I have logic and practical mind coupled with common sense to determine an actions of individual through their results.

You may see a lot of people on the work place who are seemingly working seriously. However, when asked for an output, they may give you nothing, rubbish or erroneous reports/results. Why? because they're not focused in performing those assigned tasks. Some of them are just playing games on their cellphones, surfing and watching videos on the net or chatting on social media, gossiping,  and more ...

Hey! Stop pretending and be real! Because it's the results that counts not impressions. Bosses or managers are clever they know what you are doing even not seeing you. Actually, you cannot bribe a  boss (company owner) with your sweet words. If you think, you got them! Perhaps, the boss (owners) seemed agreeable on your side but I tell you, it's a big big NO! and Never!!! The boss (company owner) measures you with your results not words.  Don't be sycophantic!
