Bulls-Eye! Have the balls to target the center.

In many circumstances, you are afraid to make certain moves, you are afraid to make our decision, you are afraid to do the right thing...

Why? Because you do not know how to do it. If you do it, you are not confident of the outcome. So at the end of the day,  you will just leave it or let others do it.

It's Bulls-Eye! If you have no guts, definitely you have no balls; How can you do things, you don't even know how or where or when to start it. Your ability is there already, it's built on you. You just need to figure out on how you can bring out the best of you.

Before I believe I am just an Engineer focusing on the Engineering and Construction Field only. Later on, I feel that I am lacking of something. I think that there other things I can do more than what I have learned from school. I know that I have the ability to make my time worthy. So, then I did such research; determined my interest. focused on my strength and developed my skills. 

You may probably ask me, where is the result? I can simply say - it is you reading it now.
